3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free)

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

¼ tsp white pepper or black pepper

2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
