Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter (no sugar added)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds or chopped roasted almonds (for crunch)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1–2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (if you like sweeter)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs


Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Add the Crunch
