Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil or unsalted butter

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter and coconut oil (or butter) until smooth.
