🧀 Keto Crack Dip

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Optional for extra “crack” factor: add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes.


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven

    • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix Ingredients

    • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, and paprika.

    • Fold in half of the cheddar, bacon, and green onions.

  3. Bake

    • Spread mixture into a small baking dish.

    • Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

    • Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

  4. Serve

    • Sprinkle remaining green onions and bacon if desired.

    • Serve warm with:

      • Keto crackers

      • Celery sticks

      • Cucumber slices

      • Pork rinds
