🫑 Keto Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar

  • ½ lb ground beef or chicken sausage (optional but filling)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: chili flakes, chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook protein (if using)

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet.

    • Brown ground beef with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

    • Drain excess fat and cool slightly.

  3. Make filling

    • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and cooked meat until smooth.
