Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • ½ small onion, sliced (optional, for lower carbs reduce amount)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¾ cup beef broth

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos (low-carb)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For Thickening (optional)

  • ½ tsp xanthan gum


Instructions

  1. Layer Ingredients
    Add beef, peppers, onion, and garlic to the crock pot.

  2. Make the Sauce
    In a bowl, whisk beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil.

  3. Cook
