Ingredients

1½ cups cauliflower rice, cooked & drained very well

¾ cup sugar-free marinara or tomato sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack

Optional: fresh parsley or basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown meat in a large skillet with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
