Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 small onion, finely diced (optional, keep keto)

  • 1 small green bell pepper, finely diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (14 oz) can no-sugar-added diced tomatoes

  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste (no sugar)

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1½ tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.

  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté 3–4 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and spices.

  4. Simmer uncovered 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Adjust seasoning to taste.
