No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder

  • 3–4 tbsp maple syrup or honey (use sugar-free syrup if low-carb)

  • ½ cup almond flour or oat flour

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

  2. Mix blended cottage cheese with cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, almond butter, vanilla, and salt.
