Fresh, zesty salsa with a simple protein upgrade that keeps the classic flavor.
Ingredients (Serves ~4)

3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced (seeds removed)

½ small red onion, very finely diced

1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions

Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
