Protein Pancake Banana Bites
Ingredients (add into a blender):
½ cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp nut butter (she used American Dream brand)
3 tbsp egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (she used Devotion Nutrition)
Splash of vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Pour batter into small rounds (or over banana slices if making “banana bites”).
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve warm — enjoy plain or with sugar-free syrup, nut butter drizzle, or fresh fruit!
