Ingredients

  • 1–2 tbsp cold water (as needed)

Egg Wash & Topping

  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.

  2. Make dough:
    Combine flours, baking powder, salt, and sweetener. Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Mix in egg and water to form a dough.

  3. Roll thin:
    Roll dough between parchment to about ⅛ inch thick.

  4. Cut crackers:
    Use a small round cutter. Poke holes in the center for classic Ritz look.

  5. Egg wash:
