½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Beef Filling

1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef

1 small potato, very small dice

½ cup finely diced carrot
-
½ cup finely diced onion
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste
For Sealing

1 egg, beaten

1) Make the dough

In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, and salt.

Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Stir in Greek yogurt. Add cold water a little at a time until dough forms.

Wrap and chill 20 minutes.
2) Make the filling

In a skillet, cook beef with onion, carrot, and potato for 6–8 minutes.

Add garlic powder, thyme, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.

Let mixture cool.
3) Assemble

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line tray with parchment.

Divide dough into 6 balls. Roll each into a 6–7 inch circle.
