1) Make the base

In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, salt, melted coconut oil, and syrup until a dough forms.

Press into 12 small cookie shapes (or use a mini muffin tin for uniform shape). Chill in fridge 10β15 minutes.
2) Coconut caramel layer

In a small skillet or microwave, warm coconut oil and syrup together.

3) Chocolate drizzle
