🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–5)

  • 2 lbs (900g) lean beef stew meat or sirloin tips

  • 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (or xanthan for low carb)

  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides


🔥 Instructions

  1. Layer the base:
    Add beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.

  2. Season & pour:
    Add broth, Worcestershire, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
