8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups low-sodium beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp cornstarch (or xanthan for low carb)

🔥 Instructions

Layer the base:
Add beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker. -
Season & pour:
