Spicy Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls (Keto)

Ingredients

  • 8 low-carb egg roll wrappers (or cheese wraps for strict keto)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

  • 4–5 jalapeños, seeded & finely chopped

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt to taste

Optional Extra Heat

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (sugar-free)


Instructions

1. Prepare Filling

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and optional heat ingredients until smooth.

2. Assemble

  • Place 2 tbsp filling onto wrapper.

  • Roll tightly like an egg roll, sealing edges with water.

  • Repeat with remaining filling.


Air Fryer Method (Best Crunch)

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)

  • Spray egg rolls lightly with oil

  • Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway

Oven Method

  • Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping once

  • Ranch or chipotle mayo

  • Sour cream + lime

  • Sugar-free BBQ (spicy)
