Sticky Beef Noodles (High Protein)

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef (93β96%) or flank steak, thin-sliced

8 oz high-protein noodles

edamame noodles

chickpea pasta

protein ramen / konjac noodles

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Sticky Sauce

ΒΌ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

2 tbsp hoisin (or sugar-free hoisin for lower carbs)

1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
1β2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or honey

1 tbsp cornstarch
-
swap for xanthan gum (ΒΌ tsp) if low-carb

Β½ cup egg whites (stirred in at end)

Instructions

Cook noodles per package, drain, set aside.

Brown beef in sesame oil over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add garlic & ginger, cook 30 seconds.
