1οΈβ£ Prep Zucchini
Slice zucchini lengthwise (about β
βΒΌ inch thick).
Lightly salt and let sit 10β15 minutes to release moisture.
Pat dry and grill or bake 8β10 minutes to soften.
2οΈβ£ Cook Meat
Brown ground turkey with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess liquid if needed. Stir in Β½ cup marinara and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Cheese Filling
Mix blended cottage cheese, ricotta, egg, parmesan, and Β½ cup mozzarella.
4οΈβ£ Assemble Roll-Ups
Spread thin layer of marinara in baking dish.
